We ship all orders from Toronto, Canada.





CURRENCY: All of our orders are in USD. For the time being, it's a much more stable dollar than the Canadian one. If you think there is a discrepancy in what you paid and what you were charged on your CC or PayPal bill, there isn't, it is merely the conversion into your local currency. 


PROCESSING TIME:  Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-5 business days from time of order, depending on the volume of orders we receive.


Please keep in mind, any holidays can delay shipping time.  


BLANKETS: All blankets are made to order in the USA, and will be produced within 5 days of you placing your order. They are drop shipped directly from the factory, so if you have also ordered anything else from the shop, you will receive two separate packages. 


SHIPPING USA:  All orders are shipped by USPS First Class Package (for orders under 1lb), and USPS Priority Mail (1 lb and above).  All orders have tracking, you will receive said tracking information via email.


SHIPPING CANADA: orders typically take around 10 days to arrive after your order has shipped. Canada Post offers very little in the way of reasonable rates for tracking, so there isn't any to send you. Apologies. Also, since we ship using regular old stamps and our tongues, there are NO SHIPMENT NOTIFICATIONS.


SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL: We currently only ship internationally to Australia and New Zealand, tax laws implemented in 2021 make it unfeasible to ship to the rest of the world. We are hoping to find solutions soon!


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note that items ordered from are sold and shipped from the United States. For all deliveries outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.


Once a shipment has left domestic handling and entered international borders, Inner Decay is no longer responsible for the tracking of said shipment. All inquiries, from the time of entering international borders, must be taken up by the customer with their local delivery service. 


ADDRESS INFO:  Please make sure that you have entered your correct shipping address.  If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately to correct, otherwise, we can't be responsible for packages that do not arrive to you.


In the event that your package is undeliverable and is returned to us. Please contact us to arrange re-delivery. 


There will be a $5 charge for redelivery on top of whatever postage is owed for re-delivery. The reason for this charge is that our forwarder charges us to retrieve and re-sort items. SO MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. 


PREORDERS:  If your order contained any pre-order items, it will ship once all pre-order items are in stock



We do not accept returns. 

If you would like to change the size of an item of clothing, you must ship the item back to us.  Once received we will arrange to send out an alternate size. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Any exchanged items must be in Like New condition.
