I was expecting the text to be lighter and easier to see, but there's a dark coating on the pin that obscures the text unless your right up on it.
It's fitting, as there is nothing but the void, and it makes me laugh when people get right up on it to read it and realize that my mind is just as dark as the pin.

I cannot begin to explain the perfection of this pin. I ordered it immediately (after I stopped laughing). I had never ordered from Inner Decay before I ordered several pins and they all arrived earlier than the expected arrival date, awesome! But the biggest selling point for me moving forward........the pins come standard with the locking backs. No more losing an awesome pin off my bag that I paid good money for!
