I donned this patch on my denim jacket to an MCR concert in Brooklyn and a group of emo kids praised said patch and asked where they might acquire one for themselves. Gatekeeper that I am, I told them to go scratch. Science knows, Morgan the Patch Monger is rich enough already!

This is the patch that put ID on my radar and spawned half a dozen purchases over the past few years. It’s huge, high quality, and gets the point across. Despite hoarding this patch since 2022, I’ve finally committed to putting it on the back of a sweatshirt and it’s class. You can iron, but I’d also use some mid-rate craft skills to stitch it securely. 10/10 patch, will fire start again.

I’m part of an organization, the members are called “firestarters”. It’s an all volunteer organization and I am lead volunteer. So, this patch was PERFECT!
