This is one of the first patches I bought from Inner Decay. It is wonderful, easy to apply, great looking, good quality and very helpful when your face isn't nearly as inventing as you'd like it to be. I've been told most of my adult life that I am very intimidating. Well problem solved. This patch has help initiate hundreds of conversations with people making me at least 40-60% more approachable by my math. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Unless you want to remain unapproachable, then do not buy.
